NCW- Why are u sending Mothers and sisters behind the bars

Let me start wih a small introduction NCW

Who is NCW
( seeing their activities and the persons who form this group, my friends have a lot of full forms for NCW, but officialy, it is National Commision for Women).

What has it done for women?
Let us see:
* It has enacted Domestic violence Law.
This law says, woman as a wife or live-in-partner can anytime say my male partner is cruel.Cruelity is so vaguely defined, that even by not paying money for your female partner's beauty parlor bills can be seen as cruelity.
The male partner will go to prison for three years.
* So, how has it been used (rather misused..)?
This law is perfectly crafted so that it can be misused at whims of female partner. Like 498A, Dowry laws, this law is also misused, and with the male partner, his MOTHERS and SISTERS go behind the bar.
So, NCW has created one more way to send females in form of mothers and sisters behind the Bar.
Wipro owner, Mr Azim Premji had also became victim of this law when one of the Wipro's employee's wife misused this law.

* What else NCW has done for the "Welfare" of women?
NCW works in a wonderful manner.
They get funds in the name of mothers and sisters and "abla naari" in India. and they enact laws which only benefits the females who dont accept social relationships.

Recently they have proposed two new laws:
1. Adulteorus wife is a victim
Wife in Adulterous relationship is a victim (So, probably, she gets money from all the males that she has relationship).
* Husband in Adulterous relationship should be sent behind the bars.
2. FEMALE LIVE-IN PARTNERS
* should be entitled for maintenance.

So, why NCW is only making laws to BREAK MARRIAGE INSTITUTION, SEND MOTHERS AND SISTERS BEHIIND THE BARS?

I leave it to you to think. See, who are making our family laws... How is their family life......
